Lane coordinates leadership and student advocacy opportunities for high school students and youth organizations in Pennsylvania’s Chesapeake watershed region and is the creator of CBF's Mentors in Agricultural Conservation job shadowing program, pairing Future Farmers of America and 4H students with CBF restoration specialists.
